If your child was born between 1 September 2016 and 31 August 2017, you must apply for a new Reception school place. All applications for Hotwells Primary School are made on the application form via your home local authority (this is where you pay your council tax).

Our policy for admissions follows the local Authority Guidelines:
Where a child is in the care of the local authority, or there are special educational needs or a health care plan that regard the placement as essential.
Where there are siblings already in attendance at the school and who will still be in attendance at the beginning of the next school year.
Geographical considerations. Priority will be given to children who live nearest the school or furthest from an alternative school where there are places available.
