Concerns or Complaints

We recognise that from time to time problems or concerns can arise. When this happens, it is always our intention to work with parents and children to resolve these with you. So if you do have a concern, please do feel comfortable to share it with us, so that we can address the problem together.

If you have any concerns or complaints please, if possible, speak to the class teacher at the start or end of the day; hopefully the problem can be quickly resolved.

If this is not possible or you need more time to discuss the matter, you can:

  • send a letter or email to your child's teacher clearly stating your concerns
  • ask your child's teacher, or contact the office, for an appointment to meet with the teacher

The class teacher will then contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time when you can share your concerns and a way to address the issue can be agreed.  If after this you feel the problem has still not been resolved, please ask at the office to speak with the headteacher.
